As many of you may know, we at Moms Have Questions Too love shopping on Amazon.com! A lot of the supplies we use for blog posts are purchased from Amazon and Kirstylee and I personally do lot of online shopping through Amazon, as I’m sure many of you do. I wanted to give you a quick review of Amazon Prime, which is one of my favorite things about shopping on Amazon. Read on for my amazon prime review.
First off, in case you aren’t sure if Amazon Prime is right for you, click here to sign up for a free 30 day trial! I did this when I first started out because I wasn’t sure it would be worth spending $79/year. Let me tell you it is!
If you do very much shopping on Amazon, you are probably familiar with the super saver shipping and likely try to reach that $25 mark every time you purchase. The great thing about Amazon Prime, is you can get free shipping on almost all of those products and even more! Plus, the shipping is 2-day shipping which is so much better than waiting for a week or more for items to be delivered to you. When I first signed up for Amazon Prime the free shipping was just about the only benefit. That alone made it worth while. Now though…
You can also stream a bunch of TV shows and movies online without paying extra! While not all TV and Movies are available on Amazon Prime, the selection they do offer is huge! Plus, the selection overlaps with just about everything on Netflix so we don’t have to use that anymore and we also get free 2-day shipping when we order. Seriously, it’s amazing how much is available to view. It is a little tricky at times to navigate to the free Prime movies, but once you’ve figured it out it’s pretty simple.
The other great part of an Amazon Prime subscription is that you get access to a lot of Kindle books through their Kindle Learning Library. Basically it’s an online library that you can download to your Kindle or the Kindle App on your phone or tablet. You get one free book a month and then you can pick something new the following month! It would be awesome if you could check out more than one book at a time, but I figure if I’m reading one book a month that is saving me about $10.
Really, my favorite benefit of Amazon Prime is the shipping because we order so much from Amazon. But, all the other things are great perks as well. If you aren’t already signed up for Prime, be sure to do the free 30 day trial and see what you think! I know you’ll love it!
Note: Moms Have Questions Too is an Amazon affiliate. We do receive a commission if you sign up for the free trial, but hey! It’s free! We appreciate you supporting Moms Have Questions Too and only promote products that we love unless otherwise noted. This review of Amazon Prime is Cassidy’s personal and honest opinion. The blog is funded through affiliate links and sponsors so you will see some posts like this from time to time. It allows us to provide other great content for free!
